Q: Do you take credit/debt cards?

A: Yes we do, we offer a very simple checkout using mesh payments, once you sign up, your future orders are easier than ever.

Q: How fast do you process and ship your orders?

A: Once order is placed please allow 1-2 business days to process. Orders ship Monday – Friday. Please note that our dispatch team is not available during weekends. Once order ships please allow 1-7 days for delivery. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No sorry we don’t.

Q: Some items are missing, broken, wrong product

A: Please send us an email at info@honwestminster.com or call or text us at (661) 319-4835 and include the following: Your name on the order, your order number, and a photo of the item/s that you received which clearly shows the issue.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: If you wish to cancel your order, simply email us at info@honwestminster.com or call or text us at (661) 319-4835 IMMEDIATELY. Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer make any changes or cancel the shipment.

Q: Do you sell these products for human consumption?

A: NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. Under no circumstance do we advocate the use of our products for human consumption, ALL info on products are for educational purposes only, and if we feel they are being used for an unintended use we will put the customer on a black list that is double checked before each purchase. Please refer to terms and conditions for more on this.
